United Copper Industries Expands Metal Clad product line. Our new MC product line meets the demand for jobsite cost saving and moves UCI forward as a full service provider of premium quality copper wire products. Type MC reduces labor hours by eliminating the lengthy process of pulling wire through a fixed metal conduit. This concept answers the demands of today’s building technologies.

UCI is now offering a wide variety of Aluminum Armored MC cables from #14AWG to #2AWG in standard conductor counts and specialty Type MC Products. Our line expansion is the result of wanting to meet customer needs (Including X-tra Ground, Multi Conductor, Oversized Neutral and Neutral per Phase Conductor) with more United Copper Premium Quality product. UCI packages THHN conductors with an insulated ground in an interlocked armored casing for jobsite applications to help the contractor be more productive and profitable.
